Gestalt therapy is the foundation of my work. Instead of staying in your head and talking about problems from a distance, we explore your experiences as they’re happening in the session. This present-moment approach helps you notice patterns, understand the “how” behind your feelings and behaviors, and try new ways of relating — right there in real time.
